Air Niugini seeks young Papua New Guineas to join it’s National Pilot Cadet Training Scheme. This Scheme aims to develop successful candidates to Commercial Pilot License level by employing the highest possible standard of flying training that meets PNG regulatory requirements.
Successful candidates will be inducted into the Airline environment which prepares them for undertaking an ab lnltlo pilot training in Australia. The duration of the ab lnltlo pilot training is approximately 13 months and on successful completion of flight training, cadets will be rewarded with an Australian Commercial Pilot License, Instruments Rating and Airline Transport Pilot Licence theory subjects.
In recognition that flying career will require good self-discipline, correct attitude, constant training and testing to international standards, applicants must be total committed and motivated to succeed in this profession.
Requirements
Applicants must posses:

A minimum of Grade 12 Education with A or B passes in Physics

Advanced Maths and Language & Literature (Applied English)

Is between the 18-25 years of age

Single with no children

A minimum height of 163 cm
-
Medically free of any illnesses or sickness
Applicants must be prepared to undergo an intensive recruitment and selection process to be held in Port Moresby.
