Entry Requirements
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD Research)
- Must have a Master degree in a field of study related to the subject of the proposed research
- Proven track record of research
- More than 2 years work experience

Master of Philosophy (MPhil-Research)
- A merit degree or postgraduate diploma from a tertiary institution approved by the Post Graduate Studies, Research and Innovation Committee (PSR&IC) or
- A Bachelors degree of Honors standard (PGA 3 out of 5) from a tertiary institution approved by PSR&IC
- Relevant first degree with an industry experience of more than two years
Master of Science (Course Work)
- A merit degree or postgraduate diploma from a tertiary institution approved by the Post Graduate Studies, Research and Innovation Committee (PSR&IC) or
- A Bachelors degree of Honors standard (PGA 3 out of 5) from a tertiary institution approved by PSR&IC
- Relevant first degree with an industry experience of more than two years
Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA)
- A completed Bachelor Degree in any field of, OR
- A minimum of five (5) years of cumulative work experience in the public or private sector or both. In exceptional cases, running a successful own business may substitute for work experience.
Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning (Distance Mode)
- A Bachelors degree in Science, Social Sciences or Engineering from a recognized University
