Each year Grade 12 students apply to study in these institutions and selection is done through DHERST National Online Selection System (NOS). - School of National and Physical Sciences (SNPS), School of Business and Public Policy (SBPP) takes first Year Grade 12 intake as Foundation Year as marked by asterisk * in the list below. After successfully completing the Foundation Year (First Year), then they stream into their Bachelor’s Degree of Choice in the second year.
- For the School of Natural and Physical Sciences (SNPS), students have choice between can stream into Science Programs at the UPNG Waigani Main campus or they can opt to take up Medical Science Courses with the School of Medical and Health Sciences (SMHS)-Taurama Campus, at the back of Port Moresby General Hospital.
