Graduates who have completed a degree program between years 2018 & 2021 or a eligible to graduate in 2022 at a recognized University within PNG or overseas.
- Must be a PNG Citizen
- Must be within the age range of 18 to 25 years
- Have an excellent academic result or at least a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 on transcript.
- Must demonstrate analytical and problem-solving techniques and skills
- Must be independent, reliable and team-oriented person and
- Have a good character reference.

In addition, the successful candidate will undergo a three (3) weeks induction program on the role of the ICCC and the functions of the respective divisions within ICCC. This graduate program will run for twelve (12) months. Upon completion of this program, there is a likelihood for successful graduates to be sent to work in the Regional Offices.
