Public Service Human Resource Business Process Management Course.
This training program is a collaborative initiative by the Department of Personnel Management and the Pacific Institute of Leadership and Governance (PILAG), aimed at forging good governance and compliance in Public Sector Human Resource Management in PNG. This program is recommended and is deemed essential to ensuring that Human Resource Practitioners, Supervisors and Senior Managers are knowledgeable and skilled in the HR Business Processes and are able to apply them competently, thereby avoid costly litigation from disciplined public services and in many cases ex-public servants.
