Eligibility Criteria
- Be a citizen of Papua New Guinea
- Have at least two years of work experience in their sector
- Work in one of the following priority sectors:
- Agriculture
- Education
- Governance
- Health
- Law and justice
- Transport and infrastructure
- Be applying for a progressive tertiary qualification
- Be committed to returning to PNG and contributing to PNG’s development
