Courses Offered at Christian Leaders Training College (CLTC)-Port Moresby Campus For 2020

The Christian Leaders Training College (CLTC) is an Institute of Higher Learning and an Interdenominational and Evangelical Institution. It has its main campus in Banz and two campuses-Port Moresby and Lae. Here the courses offered in 2020 at its Port Moresby campus.

1.Bachelor of Theology

Required qualification is Diploma in Ministry or Diploma in Theology. Duration is 2 years.

2.Graduate Diploma of Christian Studies

Pre-requisite: Non-theological diploma or a first degree from an accredited institution, (example, Diploma of Teaching). The applicant must have several years of experience in their field of training.

  • 12 subjects with additional electives
  • Sit for an English Entrance test
  • Full-Time: Monday to Friday classes

Duration is 1 year (2 semesters)

3.Advance Diploma of Ministry

A diploma program extended to 3 years. Required qualification is Grade 12 and up. Available for lay people working in the church. Duration is 3 years full time program.

 4: Diploma of Urban Ministry

A part-time course tailored to meet the needs of Christians working in the church and market place. Required qualification is grade 12 and up. Duration is for one semester. There are four modules for two years. Graduation at the end of each year.

5: Urban Ministry Foundation (UMF)

A certificate course for church workers. Available for Grade 10 and below. Duration is two years (3 days in a week)

6: Education By Extension (TEE)

Courses in Discipleship, Biblical Books, Ministry and Missions.

Duration: at student’s own pace.
